BC/BE Otolaryngologist - Great Falls, Montana The Great Falls Clinic | Great Falls Hospital Join a Patient-Centered ENT Program in Big Sky Country The Great Falls Clinic and Great Falls Hospital are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Otolaryngologist to join our expanding health system in Great Falls, Montana. This is an exceptional opportunity to join an established ENT program while contributing to continued growth of healthcare services in the region. Why This Opportunity Stands Out Current practice comprised of well-established, experienced ENT Physician and PA Full-time and part-time options available 1:4 light night and weekend call, general ENT and some facial trauma Flexible Monday-Friday schedule, open to 4-day work week Large internal referral center and ability to build on existing patient base Acute Care Hospital with full complement of referring specialites in-house 36 inpatient beds, 10 bed Open ICU, 2 cath lab suites with 8-bed pre/post=procedure care unit 5 ORs+ 4 OR Surgery Center and dedicated 5 observation beds Busy 8 Bed ED with highly experienced staff Hospitalist support and dedicated nocturnists Quick access to supporting specialists and emergent care DaVinci Xi robot available State of the art facility and diagnostics Compensation & Benefits Competitive, transparent compensation structure designed to reward quality and productivity. Final compensation is determined by experience, subspecialty training, and productivity (wRVU model).
