Duties Perform minimally invasive interventional procedures epidural injections, radiofrequency ablations, PRP, and kyphoplasty. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including detailed medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations utilizing medical imaging techniques like MRI, CT scans, and ultrasound. Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate pharmacologic therapies, physical therapy recommendations, and interventional procedures aligned with best practices in pain management. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals across specialties such as anesthesiology, neurology, orthopedics, radiology, cardiology, and primary care. Educate patients on pain management strategies, lifestyle modifications, and medication use to promote active participation in their recovery process. Stay current with advancements in interventional radiology techniques, diagnostic radiology applications, and emerging pain management therapies through ongoing clinical research and professional development. Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with completion of residency training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or related fields such as Neurology or Anesthesiology with fellowship training. Strong knowledge of healthcare diagnosis processes, pharmacology related to pain management, and medical terminology. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals. Demonstrated commitment to patient care excellence along with a proactive approach to clinical research and continuous learning in the field of pain medicine.
