Conduct patient evaluations, develop anesthesia plans, and monitor intraoperative and post-operative recovery. Supervise certified registered nurse anesthetists, mentored interns, residents, and fellows. Perform pre-anesthesia assessments, venous/arterial access, airway management, and post-op care.
