Requirements:

MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
