Job Description

Become part of one of the region's most established and respected independent primary care practices, known for delivering high'quality, relationship'based care to generations of families. With deep community roots, a loyal patient panel, and a supportive clinical team, this is an opportunity to step into a stable, well'run practice and make a meaningful impact from day one.
Position Highlights:
  • Outpatient'only primary care
  • 4'day workweek
  • 16 patients per day (never more than 18)
  • Join a collegial team of long'tenured clinicians, including two NPs (one with 8 years of experience)
  • Open to Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
  • Independent practice with a warm, community'focused culture
  • Part of an ACO, emphasizing quality over volume
  • Epic EMR
  • Additional opportunity to pick up hospital work on weekends for extra income
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $180,000 annual salary
  • 5-10% annual bonus based on ACO performance
  • Total earning potential: $189,000-$198,000
  • 100% employer'paid health insurance
  • Loan repayment opportunities
  • Up to $5,000 in sign'on/relocation assistance About the
