Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist with cardiac training or TEE experience for our Hickory division, covering two hospitals and four outpatient surgery centers. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing anesthesia plans, administering general and regional anesthesia, monitoring during procedures, and providing post-op care. The role involves supervising nurse anesthetists, mentoring trainees, and working closely with surgical teams, especially in cardiac cases like CABGs, valves, and TAVR procedures. Qualifications include a medical degree, BC/BE in anesthesiology, NC license, and at least 3 years of high-acuity anesthesia experience. Strong regional skills and excellent communication are essential. The position offers potential partnership and involves a team-oriented environment with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
