Days/Hours:

8a-5p, Mon - Fri, 8 hour day2-4 appointments per dayOne-Time evaluations, no treating or prescribingAssessment experience a plus but not requiredTraumatic Brain Injury (TBI) experience preferredLicense must be in good standing, from any stateMD/DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in PM&R (Physiatry), Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PsychiatryWhen available, examinations begin with a review of the Veterans medical history, which includes an abstract that highlights portions of the history applicable to the Veterans claim.
