POSITION OVERVIEW

Mission-driven pediatric group serving a diverse community High-volume outpatient pediatric setting Collaborative multidisciplinary care environment Two dedicated medical assistants or nurses assigned to each provider Community-focused pediatric care model

COMPENSATION

Base Salary:

$200,000 - $240,000 Lucrative quarterly productivity bonuses $10,000 transition bonus Additional hourly pay for evening and weekend shifts Up to $75,000 student loan repayment eligibility through NHSC programs

SCHEDULE

Full-time outpatient pediatric schedule Additional evening and weekend coverage opportunities available ROLE Provide outpatient pediatric care across a diverse patient population Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered pediatric care Support community-focused healthcare initiatives

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician (MD/DO)
