Mill Spring, North Carolina Position Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified Addiction Psychiatrist to join a mission-driven behavioral health and addiction treatment organization as an Associate Medical Director. This leadership-focused role involves providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals recovering from substance use disorders while supporting clinical operations and multidisciplinary care teams. Key Responsibilities Assist the Medical Director in overseeing clinical operations and patient care. Provide outpatient psychiatric and addiction medicine services. Supervise detoxification and recovery-focused treatment plans. Collaborate with nursing, medical, and behavioral health teams. Participate in on-call coverage on a rotating schedule. Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and accreditation standards. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
