Established team of 1 physician and 3 Advance Practice Providers Newly renovated clinic On-site Lab 36 hours clinical patient care and 4 hours of administrative time per week Local support from Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, ENT, Ortho, General Surgery, OB/GYN, Hematology/Oncology, Urology Central Referral Office manages referrals for practice System-wide integrated
