Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Surgeon to join our client's team in North Carolina for an 8-day assignment. This opportunity begins on Oct 9, 2026, and involves 24-hour weekend call shifts where remaining on-site is not required. The Physician will be responsible for emergent general surgery cases, including appendectomy and cholecystectomy, in a role that does not include ICU/critical care duties or codes. Responsibilities and Duties Provide 24-hour weekend call coverage. Manage emergent general surgery cases, including appendectomy and cholecystectomy. Attend to responsibilities without being required to remain on-site while on call. Duties do not include ICU/Critical Care responsibilities. Do not manage codes.
