Typical Procedures/Cases:

Epidural Steroid Injections, (Cervical Lumbar and Thoracic),

FACET Joint Injections, Medial Branch Blocks, Radio Frequency Ablations, Joint Injections, Stellate Ganglion Blocks, Lumbar Sympathetic Blocks Provider Hours:

Monday- Thursday:

7:30am-5pm

Friday:

7:30am - 12pm

No On Call Duties:

New/Existing Patient exams and consultations Diagnosis and Treatment Plan formulation Chart Reviews Documentation-timely and accurate Collaboration/Referral with colleagues, supportive staff, and patients
