Successful completion of Family Medicine residency at an accredited healthcare institution. Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine from said residency. Current American Heart Association or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) for prescription writing required. Current North Carolina Medical Board Medical License as a current
