Job Description
Highlights:
- Join an established Infectious Disease practice that serves as the only ID program in the region, providing a strong referral base and diverse pathology.
- UNC Non-Profit Health System Affiliation. Employed position.
- Desirable 7-on/7-off schedule with no weekday call.
- Balanced mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient consultative care.
- Comprehensive Infectious Disease practice including HIV, Hepatitis C, osteomyelitis, endocarditis, tuberculosis, healthcare-associated infections, and outpatient IV antibiotic management.
- Collaborative practice environment with support from hospitalists, primary care physicians, specialists, and UNC subspecialists.
- Epic EMR and dedicated clinical support staff.
- Open to experienced physicians and fellows completing training.
