Minot, ND Pay Rate:
$260•280/hour | $2,000•2,200/24hr call | $400/call-back (Flexible and negotiable based on experience)

Onsite, Full-Time Locum Coverage (Through January 2027 to start)
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM | Plus Call Coverage for KDU and IP/ER About the Opportunity A hospital system is seeking a Board Certified Nephrologist to provide full-time locum coverage in Minot, ND, supporting inpatient, outpatient, and KDU (Kidney Dialysis Unit) settings. This is an onsite assignment set to continue through January 2027 to start, with a standard Monday-Friday clinic schedule plus call coverage for KDU and inpatient/ER needs. The role involves a mix of consults and follow-ups, with dedicated time blocked for inpatient rounding. New consults vary based on ED/call activity, and new clinic consults are limited based on need. The physician will be supported by a clinical team of RNs, LPNs, and FNPs. Responsibilities Provide full-time nephrology coverage across inpatient, outpatient, and KDU settings Conduct new consults and follow-up visits in clinic Perform inpatient rounding with dedicated blocked time Provide call coverage for KDU and inpatient/ER needs Collaborate with support staff, including clinic RNs, LPNs, and FNPs Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Requirements Board Certified by ABIM required Active North Dakota state license required, or IMLC accepted Willingness to work onsite in Minot, ND Schedule Details Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM Call coverage for KDU and IP/ER Onsite assignment, ongoing through January 2027 to start Additional Opportunities Additional locum openings are currently available in other states, with new opportunities arising regularly across the country in varying specialties and schedules.
