Practice/Organization Details:

Broad-spectrum general surgery with the flexibility to incorporate subspecialty interests including colorectal, foregut, minimally invasive surgery, endoscopy, and more Collaborate with an experienced, collegial surgeon who is enthusiastic about growing the program Diverse case mix featuring hernia repairs, appendectomies, bowel surgery, laparoscopic procedures, gallbladder cases, and additional bread-and-butter general surgery Strong hospital administration support committed to physician success Established referral network ensures immediate patient volume and a quick ramp-up

Compensation & Benefits:

Earn a guaranteed $500,000-$575,000 base salary plus productivity incentives $100,000 sign-on Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, retirement, paid leave, CME funding, and malpractice insurance
