Job Description
A fully independent, not-for-profit regional medical center is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join an established spine program serving a large regional catchment area in the Midwest.
Position Highlights:
- 100% Spine Surgery with the OPTION to participate in General Ortho call or not
- 2 dedicated block OR days each week
- Established volume of approximately 6-10 surgeries per week
- Procedures include TLIF, ACDF, laminectomies, kyphoplasty, vertebroplasty, BVN ablation, and spinal cord stimulator implantation
- Established referrals from Orthopedics, Primary Care, Neurology, and Pain Management
- Dedicated APP support plus clinic nurse, MA, and front desk staff
- Join an established Orthopedic team with General Ortho and Hand coverage
- Epic EMR
- New graduates and experienced physicians considered
- J1 and H1B visa sponsorship available
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary of $1.1 million
- $100,000 sign-on bonus
- Relocation assistance up to $20,000
- Negotiable student loan repayment and residency/fellowship stipend
- $6,000 CME allowance plus 10 CME days
- 4 weeks vacation plus 10 paid physician holidays
- Malpractice with tail coverage
