Negotiable Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities As our OB/GYN Physician, you will join CHI Health Clinic's established practice at CHI Health Immanuel Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska, where you'll become part of a collaborative team of 3 physicians, 4 certified nurse midwives, and advanced practice providers dedicated to delivering exceptional women's healthcare. This busy, well-established practice offers an existing patient panel and the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population while practicing in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. Through our partnership with Creighton University School of Medicine, you'll also have the opportunity to pursue an academic appointment and participate in the education of medical students, residents, and fellows. Every day you will provide the full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic care for women of all ages, averaging 21-24 patient visits and approximately 10 deliveries per month. You'll perform office-based procedures, including ultrasound, non-stress testing (NST), and colposcopy, with inpatient LEEP procedures available as needed. You'll deliver babies in an in-house Birth Center located within a tertiary care facility supported by a Level III NICU, ensuring comprehensive care for mothers and newborns. You'll also have access to an efficient Ambulatory Surgery Center and advanced surgical technology, including the Da Vinci robotic surgical system, while collaborating closely with primary care, diabetic education, behavioral health, physical therapy, pharmacy, and other specialists. The practice utilizes the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) to support coordinated, high-quality patient care. To be successful in this role, you will be a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN who is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
