Job Description

Join a Mission-Driven Transformation in Tribal Health ARC Health is actively seeking a Family Medicine Physician to help revolutionize care delivery in a Tribal health system. We are transforming into a patient-centered, relationship-based, team-driven primary care model and we re looking for physicians who want to be part of building something meaningful from the ground up. Our vision is to elevate the health of our community to meet or exceed any Tribal population in the nation. Position Overview This role provides full-scope Family Medicine care across the lifespan (pediatrics through geriatrics). Physicians practice in a collaborative environment with opportunities in outpatient clinic, urgent care, inpatient, and emergency care settings. Prenatal care experience is preferred but not required . Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive diagnostic, preventive, and therapeutic care Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions across all age groups Prescribe medications, treatments, and vaccinations Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care Participate in quality improvement, safety, and patient engagement initiatives Serve as an active member of the medical staff, including potential roles in hospitalist and ED coverage Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans Serve on committees and contribute to organizational initiatives Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited U.S. program (or equivalent with ECFMG certification) Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license (FSMB recognized) Life Certifications, BLS, ACLS, etc. Unrestricted DEA Clean NPDB Why This Opportunity Competitive $160.00/hour locum rate Travel and lodging fully covered Meaningful work serving a tribal community with a strong mission driven culture
