Job Description

We're looking for a caring, board-certified or board-eligible Family or Internal Medicine physician to join our Colebrook, NH team. This full-time, outpatient role focuses on providing thorough, high-quality primary care to patients of all ages, with an emphasis on chronic disease management and care for an aging population. You'll manage your own patient panel and work with a supportive clinical team that includes an RN Team Leader and a Medical Assistant.

Competitive salary range: $250,000-$300,000, with potential wRVU productivity and quality bonuses Signing and retention bonuses, plus relocation assistance No weekend or holiday shifts Generous paid time off: 5 weeks vacation, 5 sick days, and 1 week CME $4,000 annual CME allowance Robust benefits package including retirement plans Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Schedule & practice details: Outpatient only, full-time (36 patient contact hours + 4 administrative hours) Typical patient volume: 16-22 patients per day
EMR:
Meditech Expanse with Dragon dictation May participate in a daytime call rotation (no after-hours call) Strong clinical support from an
RN Team Leader and Medical Assistant Requirements:
MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible Completion of an accredited residency (ACGME, AOA, or RCPSC) Current ACLS and BLS certification through the American Heart Association Comfortable managing an independent patient panel Experience in chronic disease management, especially with elderly patients
