We are seeking an experienced Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (2+ years of experience) to join our well-established, collaborative community-based hospital medicine practice at Exeter Hospital. As part of the BILH community and Core Physicians, you will practice in a supportive, multi-specialty environment designed to foster professional growth, work-life balance, and clinical excellence.
Practice Highlights Collaborative Environment:
Work alongside a robust, experienced hospitalist program featuring 12+ hospitalists and a strongly integrated multi-specialty group.
Manageable Workload & Schedule:
Typical day features 3 physician and 1 NP/PA rounding teams (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM). Dedicated daily NP/PA and physician admitters. Standard daily patient census ranging from 14 to 16 patients .
Comprehensive Support:
Enjoy exceptional specialist backing, including Palliative Care, Cardiology, Acute Care Surgery, GI, Pulmonary, Urology, Oncology, and consultative Psychiatry.
ICU Structure:
