Outpatient Focus:
This is an excellent opportunity to focus entirely on outpatient primary care. •
Collaborative Team:
Work alongside 8 providers, including 2 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers. •
Ideal Work-Life Balance:
Our schedule runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the option for a 4.5-day workweek. No weekends are required. •
Minimal On-Call Duty:
Call is telephonic-only and averages just 1-2 days per month. Compensation & Benefits •
Competitive Salary:
First-year earning potential up to $296,000, with additional productivity incentives available after the first year. •
Generous Time Off:
Enjoy 7 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO), which includes all federal holidays. •
Professional Development:
Receive 5 days of CME with a $3,000 annual allowance. •
Retirement:
A 401K plan is available with a 6% employer match. •
