Job Description

Groveton, New Hampshire — Family/Internal Medicine physician needed to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages (or adults) in a rural, close‑knit community. Autonomous practice with emphasis on long‑term patient relationships and work‑life balance. Compensation and benefits Base salary with wRVU productivity and quality bonuses; total range approximately $250,000-$300,000 Commencement and retention bonuses Relocation assistance Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Retirement plans and full benefits package
CME:
1 week paid CME time plus $4,000 annual CME allowance Paid time off: 5 weeks vacation, 5 sick days Schedule and workload No weekend or holiday shifts Clinical schedule: 36 patient hours plus 4 hours administrative time per week Typical daily patient volume: 16-22 patients May participate in daytime call rotation only (no after‑hours call)
EMR:
Meditech Expanse with Dragon dictation Minimum requirements MD or DO; board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine per Medical Staff Bylaws Completion of an ACGME, AOA, or Royal College residency program Current BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association) Comfortable managing an independent patient panel and practicing autonomously Strong communication and interpersonal skills This position offers stable compensation, generous time off, and comprehensive benefits in a supportive rural practice setting.
