Job Summary:

This is an opportunity to join our team in a rural community in northern New Hampshire. Rural medicine allows the delivery of high-quality primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management, to participate in community health initiatives, and promote wellness education.

Primary Care:

Requirements:

Board Certified / Board Eligible - Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician Ability to hold a New Hampshire state license
