Job Description
Join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering consistent, expert care to every pregnant patient who presents to the hospital. This role is focused on improving patient safety and satisfaction by ensuring experienced physician coverage for inpatient obstetric care, while supporting a healthy work/life balance. Where you'll work Opportunities available in Belleville and Denville, New Jersey. What the role offers Competitive salary range: $300,000-$340,000 plus a full benefits package. Full-time hospitalist position where you can build your own schedule—typically 7-9, 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month). No office management duties and no traditional on-call responsibilities. Collaborative practice with local obstetricians and access to a national network of OB hospitalists. Who we're looking for Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. New Jersey medical license or ability to obtain one. Comfortable managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care. Strong communicator who works well in teams and centers care around the patient.
