Job Description
Virtua Health is seeking an Electrophysiologist to join Virtua Heart Rhythm Specialists and play a key role in the continued growth of our comprehensive Heart Rhythm program. Join a highly productive, innovative team within Virtua's expansive Cardiovascular Service Line, which includes more than 100 employed cardiovascular providers. This is an exciting opportunity to practice the full spectrum of cardiac electrophysiology while collaborating with a large, highly collegial, multidisciplinary team. The team has 5 full-time electrophysiologists and 5 full-time EP nurse practitioners and has consistently been one of the busiest electrophysiology programs in the Philadelphia region. Our advanced Heart Rhythm program offers expertise in: Complex ablation procedures, including Atrial Fibrillation (A-Fib), epicardial Ventricular Tachycardia (VT), and Supraventricular Tachycardia (SVT) Implantation and management of pacemakers and implantable defibrillators Lead extraction for cardiac devices Leadless pacing, including atrial pacing systems Extravascular defibrillators Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion procedures Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) The Ideal Candidate Will Have an
