Job Description
We seek a dedicated Family Medicine Physician in Toms River, NJ, to join our outpatient practice with a supportive team. No after-hours calls or hospital rounding, focusing on efficient, quality patient care to reduce burnout. The role offers full-time or part-time options, with competitive salary ($220K-$260K), comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), loan repayment, tuition reimbursement), and visa sponsorship for strong candidates. Responsibilities include managing sick and well visits, documenting in EMR, and leading office staff.
Qualifications:
MD/DO licensed in NJ, board certified or eligible, DEA/CDS, and strong communication skills. Relocation required. This physician-led group emphasizes bedside care, handling operations, scheduling, and billing, allowing physicians to focus on patient management. Schedule options include flexible hours, Monday to Friday, with some weekends. In-person position, 36 hours/week, in Toms River, NJ.Benefits
