Flexible 12-hour or 24-hour shifts | No Call High-Paying OB/GYN Locum Opportunity - 6 Openings A leading hospital system in Northern New Jersey is actively hiring OB/GYN Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for a high-volume Labor & Delivery program . This is an excellent opportunity for experienced APPs seeking consistent shifts, strong clinical support, and immediate start availability . Key Responsibilities Provide care in Labor & Delivery (L&D) Perform postpartum rounding and patient management Assist in gynecologic surgeries (First Assist responsibilities as applicable) Respond to OB/GYN emergency department consults Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians and Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting Schedule & Work Environment Flexible 12-hour or 24-hour shifts No call required 24/7 OB coverage model Team-based environment with dedicated OB attendings and midwives on every shift High-acuity, high-volume setting (consistent patient flow) Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) OB/GYN experience required (Labor & Delivery strongly preferred) Comfortable working in inpatient OB and L&D environments NPs must have First Assist Certification and provide case logs Active New Jersey license preferred (or ability to obtain) Why Apply?
