$240k-$320k A growing multidisciplinary physician group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join its expanding team in New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to care for patients with a broad range of endocrine and metabolic conditions while working alongside experienced primary care providers, specialists, and clinical support staff. You'll have the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships, practice evidence-based medicine, and collaborate within an integrated healthcare environment committed to exceptional patient outcomes. What You'll Do Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, adrenal disorders, pituitary conditions, and other hormonal disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans using current clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices. Order, interpret, and integrate laboratory studies, hormone testing, and diagnostic imaging into patient care plans. Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists to coordinate comprehensive, multidisciplinary care. Educate patients on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and long-term treatment strategies. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation using the electronic medical record (EMR). Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture focused on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while delivering compassionate, personalized care. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism. Fellowship training in Endocrinology. Eligible for or currently licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey. Strong clinical and communication skills with a patient-centered approach. Experience managing a diverse range of endocrine disorders in an outpatient setting.
