Job Title:
Cold Calling / Lead Generation Specialist - Healthcare ServicesPosition Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Calling / Lead Generation Specialist to contact physician offices and healthcare practices across the United States to generate interest and schedule product demonstrations for our healthcare solutions and services, including: Chronic Care Management (CCM) Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Devices Medical Billing Services The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, persistence, professionalism, and the ability to confidently engage physician offices, practice managers, and healthcare decision-makers over the phone. This is a high-activity, performance-driven role focused on outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to physician offices, medical groups, and healthcare providers daily. Introduce and explain company healthcare solutions and services in a professional and engaging manner.
Generate interest in:
Chronic Care Management (CCM) programs Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) solutions Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management services Identify decision-makers including physicians, office managers, administrators, and billing managers. Qualify prospective clients based on practice size, specialty, current processes, and potential needs. Schedule product demonstrations and consultation meetings for the sales team. Maintain accurate call notes, lead status updates, and appointment details within CRM systems. Follow up with leads through calls, voicemail, and email communication. Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity and performance targets. Professionally handle objections and maintain positive communication with prospects. Collaborate with sales and management teams to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates. Daily Performance Expectations The Cold Calling Specialist is expected to consistently achieve the following minimum performance metrics: Minimum 110 outbound calls per day OR Minimum 2 qualified demonstrations scheduled per dayAdditional performance expectations may include: Lead follow-up completion CRM documentation accuracy Weekly and monthly appointment targets Conversion and contact ratios Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or inside sales experience preferred. Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to confidently speak with physicians, office staff, and healthcare executives. Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining persistence throughout the day. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and remain goal-oriented. Basic computer and CRM proficiency. Professional phone etiquette and communication style. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling or promoting healthcare services or medical technology.
Knowledge of:
Chronic Care Management (CCM) Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Medical billing or revenue cycle management Physician office workflow and operations Experience using CRM platforms and VOIP dialer systems.
