Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical exams and medical histories. Diagnose and treat a diverse range of acute and chronic conditions. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and interpret results accurately. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Provide preventive care services, including vaccinations and screenings. Collaborate with specialists and allied health professionals for coordinated patient care. Maintain detailed electronic health records (EHR) for streamlined documentation. Educate patients on disease prevention, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications. Qualifications Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics. Valid New Jersey medical license. Proven clinical expertise and diagnostic proficiency. Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment. Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing medical education. Base Salary + Productivity Bonus Sign on bonus and Relocation allowance - Negotiable. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $220,000 to $250,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
