Physician (MD,DO, Resident) Details Opportunity Details RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is currently recruiting a full-time, non-operative Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician (PCSM) to support Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ. This position offers a unique opportunity to deliver comprehensive musculoskeletal care while serving both orthopedic and community health populations. The selected physician will split time between: Jersey Shore Orthopedic practice (50%) - managing non-surgical musculoskeletal patient volume, improving access, and enhancing patient outcomes in collaboration with our orthopedic team. CHEMED - Center for Health Education, Medicine and Dentistry (50%) - a Federally Qualified Health Center in Lakewood, NJ providing comprehensive medical and dental care to a diverse community. The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $259,000 to $434,000 per year. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience
Position Highlights:
Focus on non-operative care for acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions Opportunity to provide interventional musculoskeletal ultrasound procedures, PRP, and other therapeutic procedures Work alongside an experienced team with strong community ties Competitive compensation, including health, malpractice (with tail), retirement plan with match, CME stipend, and robust benefits package
Candidate Requirements:
Board-certified/board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Pediatrics Fellowship-trained in Primary Care Sports Medicine Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey How to
