Monday•Friday 7 a.m•4 p.m Patients per day: 15-20

State Licensure:

New Jersey State medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Board Certified or Eligible, and Department of Transportation (DOT).
