Job Description

Join a well-established pediatric practice serving Central and Northern New Jersey. We are looking for a compassionate, patient-centered Pediatric Physician to deliver comprehensive outpatient care and participate in periodic newborn rounding. This role emphasizes continuity of care, community impact, and long-term relationships with families—without delivery or C-section responsibilities.
Schedule:
Full-time, five-day workweek Every-other-Saturday rotation (one weekday off in weeks with Saturday) Clinical highlights: Outpatient-focused practice with periodic newborn rounding No delivery attendance or C-section coverage required Diverse patient population, including a large Spanish-speaking community Compensation and benefits: Salary $190,000-$210,000, commensurate with experience and credentials Quarterly performance bonus Partnership-track opportunity Medical and dental insurance Malpractice insurance coverage 401(k) with profit-sharing Generous paid time off (approximately one month)
Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics Active or eligible for New Jersey medical licensure Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Spanish proficiency strongly preferred to support the community served
