Scope of Work:
Provide Emergency Medicine coverage Evaluate, treat, and manage ED patients Supervise APP providers Respond to floor codes Perform emergency procedures within scope of practice
Department Details:
Approximately 26,000 annual ED visits Approximately 10% admission rate Less than 2% transfer rate Community hospital/non-designated acuity level Adult and pediatric emergency care (pediatric admissions referred externally) No scribe services available

Requirements:
ABEM Board Certification required Current BLS certification Current ACLS certification Current PALS certification Current ATLS certification Active licensure required APP supervision experience preferred Providers may be required to complete an Emergency Medicine training plan within six months of receiving privileges.
