UPDATE:
The site requires the provider to enroll in PCF (Patient Compensation Fund) for the state of NM. The site would like the agency to provide this coverage.
JOB DETAILS
_____________________________________________________________________________________We are looking for a provider to cover 2 weeks in December of orthopedic surgery coverage at Covenant Hobbs Hospital. Ongoing it will be around 2 weeks a month of coverage need but could be more sporadic. 24 hour beeper call coverage (provider is not required to be onsite). Shift times 7am-7am but could be flexible. Volume is pretty light at this site. _______________________________________________________________________________________
REQUIREMENTS
________________________________________________________________________________________Active NM license and NM DEA Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3-5 years of residencyPlease review required procedures on the attached practice description. ________________________________________________________________________________________
PRIVILEGING
_______________________________________________________________________________________Provider will need to go through the hospital privileging process as well as payor credentialing. Please note this process will take around 90 days to complete. Ensure the provider has case logs within the past 24 months and turns in all documentation as quickly as possible when requested to avoid delays.
