Approximately 5 patients per shift

Requirements:
Active New Mexico Medical License (required at the time of submission) Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 5 years of residency) Active DEA Current BLS, PALS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications Current CV required for credentialing

Estimated credentialing timeframe: days Providers must be committed to completing the privileging application within one week of receipt to avoid delays.
