Requirements include graduation from an approved medical school or board certification, with valid medical licensure in New Mexico, DEA, CSR, Medicare PIN, and Medicaid numbers. Must obtain BLS/CPR or ACLS certification within 30 days; board certification in Family Medicine is preferred. Must pass immunization and background checks, including TB, Hepatitis B, Tdap, MMR, Varicella, and influenza vaccines.
