Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team supporting your success Paid sick time as per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do Provide outpatient urology consultations and treatment for adult patients Manage inpatient urology cases with hospital support staff Conduct 5-10 phone consults daily, collaborating with local urologists, nurses, and hospitalists Cover clinic visits and elective procedures as scheduled Participate in weekend inpatient coverage on designated dates Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes What You Need Valid New Mexico medical license and board certification in Urology Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in urology Ability to manage outpatient and inpatient caseloads Excellent communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in weekend coverage About the Assignment This assignment involves providing comprehensive urological care at a busy facility in Las Cruces. The position includes both outpatient clinic responsibilities and inpatient coverage, with support from local medical staff and hospitalists. The schedule offers flexibility within the hybrid model, with specific dates available for coverage.
