Every day, you will apply your medical expertise to diagnose and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and compassionate care for each patient. This involves rapid assessment, precise intervention, and effective communication to manage diverse urgent care needs. To be successful in your role, you will provide exemplary direct patient care, leveraging your medical expertise to diagnose and treat a wide range of acute conditions efficiently and effectively. You will demonstrate exceptional clinical proficiency, a patient-centered approach, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced environment. Assists in directing the patient care and medical education Provides direct outpatient medical care to patients and consultations. Follows clinical guidelines. Works with Department Managers to comply with all Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Hospitals' and Dignity Health Medical Group Nevada policies, Federal, State, and regulatory guidelines, standards, associations, and organizations. Provides input to Department Managers in modification, installation or development of equipment, or facilities used by the department. Follows staff coverage schedules to ensure effective physician staffing levels for center/division. Assists Department Managers with clinical supervision including input to performance and evaluation. Submits charges in accordance with Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Hospitals' and Dignity Health Medical Group Nevada policies. Dictates patient care notes and signs off on dictation in accordance with Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Hospitals' and Dignity Health Medical Group Nevada policies.
