The practice is seeking a board-certified MD or DO in Primary Care/ Internal Medicine or Geriatrics experience to join their team. The organization operates under a value-based care model emphasizing preventive medicine, chronic disease management, care coordination, and quality performance metrics. Physicians practice in an outpatient setting supported by interdisciplinary clinical staff, with structured workflows designed to support patient panel management and continuity of care.

• 10-15 patients per day, mainly a geriatric patient population.
• Outpatient Only
• 1-1.5 MA's to each provider.
• No Phone Call, No Nights, No Weekends.
• Competitive Base Salary at $300,000, Full Benefits, PTO, CME time plus allowance, and $75,000 Sign-On Bonus. Nevada
