Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join a value-based care organization based in Nevada. The practice is seeking a board-certified MD or DO in Primary Care/ Internal Medicine or Geriatrics experience to join their team. The organization operates under a value-based care model emphasizing preventive medicine, chronic disease management, care coordination, and quality performance metrics. Physicians practice in an outpatient setting supported by interdisciplinary clinical staff, with structured workflows designed to support patient panel management and continuity of care.
  • 10-15 patients per day, mainly a geriatric patient population.
  • Outpatient Only
  • 1-1.5 MA's to each provider.
  • No Phone Call, No Nights, No Weekends.
  • Competitive Base Salary at $300,000, Full Benefits, PTO, CME time plus allowance, and $75,000 Sign-On Bonus. Nevada
  • Southern Nevada has warm summers and mild winters, with very little rainfall year-round.
  • Compared to many large U.S. cities, Southern Nevada can be relatively affordableno state income tax in Nevada is a major financial advantage.
  • Despite the desert environment, there are great nearby natural attractions like Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and Lake Mead for hiking, boating, and exploring.
  • Current Physician is looking to retire in the next 2-3 years.
