Perform comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and treat eye conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans. Conduct or oversee clinical research and participate in trials to advance ophthalmology. Maintain accurate records using EMR systems like Epic, ensuring HIPAA compliance. Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide holistic care, monitor vital signs, and ensure aseptic techniques during procedures. Stay current with ophthalmology advancements through ongoing education. Requirements include active licensure, relevant certifications, 1-2 years of experience preferred, and residence within 50 miles of Reno, NV. The role offers flexible, part-time hours, with support including a laptop, training, and malpractice coverage. Compensation is per service, with report completion deadlines.
