About Prefusion Health Prefusion Health is a fast-growing longevity and metabolic optimization practice built around a protocol-based membership model — not one-off visits. We combine advanced body composition analysis (DEXA), hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, and metabolic testing into structured, ongoing patient protocols. We're scaling deliberately, and we need a clinician who can lead patient care in our Manhattan office and represent the Prefusion standard of practice. The Role We're hiring a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to run patient visits in our Manhattan location 1-2 days a week. This is a part-time, recurring role for someone who wants meaningful, focused clinical hours in a specialized longevity/HRT practice — not a generalist urgent-care shift.

Pay:

$100 per hour What You'll Do Conduct patient consultations and ongoing visits for hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptide therapy, and metabolic optimization protocols Review DEXA body composition results and lab work to guide treatment decisions Manage and adjust patient protocols over time, tracking progress toward body composition and longevity goals Prescribe and monitor treatment per NY scope of practice and collaborating physician agreements Act as a clinical team leader in the Manhattan office — setting the tone for patient care quality and working closely with front desk and support staff Represent Prefusion Health's protocol-first, results-driven approach to every patient interaction Required Qualifications — Must Have These are non-negotiable. Please do not apply if you do not have direct, hands-on experience in all of the following: Licensed Physician Assistant in New York State, in good standing Direct clinical experience prescribing and managing peptide therapy Direct clinical experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT) — testosterone, and ideally broader hormone panels Hands-on experience with metabolic optimization protocols (weight management, GLP-1s, metabolic panels, etc.) Working knowledge of body composition analysis (DEXA or equivalent) and how to translate results into clinical protocols Strong, demonstrable understanding of health, wellness, and longevity medicine as a discipline — this is not a side interest, it should be core to your clinical background What We're Looking For A team leader , not just a clinician who sees patients and leaves — someone comfortable owning the patient experience in the office Someone who genuinely aligns with a protocol/membership-based business model , rather than transactional, one-off visit medicine Confident, patient-centered communication style — able to explain complex hormone and metabolic concepts clearly Reliable, professional, and able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable in a growing practice where processes are still being refined Why Join Prefusion Health Focused, specialized clinical work in longevity and hormone medicine — not a generalist grind Flexible part-time schedule (1-2 days/week) that fits around other commitments Be a founding clinical leader as we scale our Stony Brook location
