Ophthalmology Opening in New YorkLocated in Chautauqua, NY
  • Buffalo 70mFederally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)Full Time;
Permanent PositionSeeking BC/BEQualifications:
  • CPR certified
  • Knowledge of current principles, methods and procedures for the delivery of medical evaluation, diagnosis and treatment in area of expertise
  • Licensed to work in the state of New York as an Ophthalmologist
  • Graduated from an accredited college with a doctorate in medicine.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary Range:
    $220,000
  • $300,000
  • Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and NHSC loan repayment
  • Malpractice coverage through FTCA
  • $10,000 annual contribution toward health/dental/vision premiums for family plans; $5,000 for individual
  • Health insurance through Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of WNY
  • 403(b) Retirement Plan with up to 4% match
