Job Description
Ophthalmology Opening in New YorkLocated in Chautauqua, NY
- Buffalo 70mFederally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)Full Time;
Permanent PositionSeeking BC/BEQualifications:
- CPR certified
- Knowledge of current principles, methods and procedures for the delivery of medical evaluation, diagnosis and treatment in area of expertise
- Licensed to work in the state of New York as an Ophthalmologist
- Graduated from an accredited college with a doctorate in medicine.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range:
$220,000- $300,000
- Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and NHSC loan repayment
- Malpractice coverage through FTCA
- $10,000 annual contribution toward health/dental/vision premiums for family plans; $5,000 for individual
- Health insurance through Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of WNY
- 403(b) Retirement Plan with up to 4% match
- 4 weeks PTO (personal and sick combined)
