Responsibilities Conduct thorough medical evaluations and physical examinations for infants, children, and adolescents to assess their health status. Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric illnesses, injuries, and developmental concerns utilizing current clinical practices. Develop individualized care plans that include preventive care, immunizations, and health education tailored to each patient's needs. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals across specialties such as cardiology, neurology, endocrinology, and behavioral health to ensure comprehensive patient care. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively to document patient encounters, manage medical records, and coordinate follow-up care. Provide guidance to parents and caregivers on child health issues, nutrition, growth milestones, and disease prevention strategies. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of all patient information. Participate in clinical research or quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing pediatric healthcare services.

Qualifications:

Licensed to work in the state of New York as a Medical Doctor Board Certification CPR certified Knowledge of current principles, methods and procedures for the delivery of medical evaluation, diagnosis and treatment in area of expertise Minimum 1-year experience in a primary care clinic Legal authorization to work in the United States A valid State Driver's license with clean records and access to insured automobile
