What You'll Do:

Provide expert neonatal care in a Level-III NICU serving approximately 1,500 deliveries annually Attend high-risk deliveries and critically-ill newborn assessments Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including NNPs and pediatric specialists Manage neonatal resuscitations, ventilations, and transport teams Contribute to patient care planning and quality improvement initiatives Uphold evidence-based clinical guidelines and excellent patient outcomes
