Take your imaging career to new heights as a traveling Neurointerventional Radiologic Technologist, where you'll work alongside leading physicians and contribute to high-acuity procedures in a busy, progressive environment. Exposure to a variety of interventional radiology and neurointerventional practices broadens your skillset and enhances your professional repertoire. This role allows for dynamic learning through teaching opportunities, mentorship roles, and the chance to observe varied leadership and clinical approaches. Schedule:
Four 10-hour shifts (7:30am-6:00pm) On call every other weekend
Qualifications:
ARRT(R) certification Active NYS license BLS certification Prior IR and neurointerventional experience required
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise in IR and neurointerventional procedures (e.g., angiography, embolizations, ablations) Operate advanced imaging equipment, maintaining the highest safety and quality standards Support physicians in complex diagnostic and therapeutic interventions Instruct students/residents and complete preceptor responsibilities Perform equipment quality assurance and manage procedural inventory Ensure accurate documentation and coding for all procedures Stay abreast of evolving technology and best practices through ongoing education
