Part-Time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Neurology, Bilingual/Chinese

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with a focus on Neurology to join our healthcare team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment, providing specialized neurological care. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, experience with EMR systems, and a passion for patient-centered care. Prior experience in hospital or outpatient neurology settings, is highly desirable. This position emphasizes comprehensive patient assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment planning within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations, with attention to neurological symptoms and signs Evaluate and manage common outpatient neurology conditions (e.g., headache, dizziness, neuropathy, memory disorders, stroke, epilepsy and movement disorders etc.) Document visits accurately and timely in the EMR Order, review, and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies Counsel patients and families on diagnoses and treatment plans Collaborate closely with the supervising neurologist Requirements Active New York State PA or NP license (or eligible) NCCPA certification (PA) or national NP certification (ANCC/AANP) Neurology experience preferred, but new graduates with strong interest in neurology are welcome Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills This position offers an engaging environment for healthcare professionals committed to delivering high-quality neurological care.
