Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated MD/DO specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR), Pain Management, Orthopedics, or Primary Care to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. You must be the network provider of Medicare advantage plans. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive clinical expertise, a passion for patient-centered care, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse healthcare professionals. This role offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality medical services, manage complex cases, and contribute to improved patient outcomes across outpatient and inpatient settings. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations, to diagnose a wide range of conditions related to musculoskeletal, neurological, and chronic pain disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating modalities such as medication management, physical therapy, interventional procedures, and lifestyle modifications. Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and Medical Imaging tools to support accurate diagnosis and monitor treatment progress. Perform interventional procedures including botulinum toxin treatments, joint injections, nerve blocks, and other minimally invasive pain management techniques. Collaborate with specialists in cardiology, oncology, dermatology, radiology, anesthesiology, and other disciplines to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Manage acute pain cases in emergency or perioperative settings while ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and safety protocols. Provide patient education on disease management, preventive care, and health coaching strategies to promote long-term wellness. Maintain documentation in medical records accurately and efficiently while complying with all regulatory standards such as ICD coding and CPT coding. Experience Post-residency experience in a clinical setting with proficiency in outpatient and inpatient care environments. Demonstrated expertise in managing complex cases involving multiple specialties such as orthopedics, neurology, rheumatology, or pain medicine. Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or similar platforms for charting and documentation. Familiarity with diagnostic radiology techniques including CT scans, ultrasound imaging, and basic medical imaging interpretation. Proven ability to perform procedures such as suturing, IV infusion, wound care management, and airway management. Experience working within hospital settings or Level I/II trauma centers is preferred for handling acute care situations. Knowledge of healthcare diagnosis protocols across specialties including anesthesiology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, pulmonology, and others. Strong understanding of medical terminology combined with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration among healthcare teams. $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
