Job Description
Ellis Medicine is seeking a Primary Care Advanced Practitioner to join our primary care practice in Glenville, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who enjoys providing comprehensive care to patients across the lifespan and wants to become part of a collaborative, community-focused primary care practice. Our Glenville practice serves approximately 12,000 patients and cares for both children and adults. The practice offers an established patient population, dedicated clinical support, and an opportunity for an APP to develop meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and families. Position Highlights Join a primary care practice serving approximately 12,000 patients Provide comprehensive healthcare services got patients of all ages Flexible scheduling options Established walk-in clinic Call is rotated between all primary care providers within our system Opportunity to practice broad-spectrum primary care in a community-based setting Established patient population and referral network Support from the broader Ellis Medicine health system and specialty network Clinical Responsibilities P Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Establish and maintain long-term relationships with patients and families Perform preventive health examinations and routine health screenings Manage chronic conditions and coordinate appropriate specialty care Collaborate with nursing and clinical support staff to provide efficient, patient-centered care Coordinate care with Ellis Medicine specialists and other members of the patient's care team Qualifications Current NP or PA certification Licensed (or eligible) to practice in New York State Primary Care experience preferred but not required Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care New graduates are welcome to apply Recruitment Package Ellis Medicine offers a competitive recruitment package designed to support your professional and personal transition to our organization, including: Competitive Salaryof $136,842 with the ability to earn additional compensation through productivity The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
